Kid's Art Project Auctions is an easy way for your school or organization to reap the benefits of online auctions with little risk or cost. We've worked hard to make your fundraising less labor-intensive and more profitable, and here's a brief summary of how our process works:
- Your school will sign a Kid's Art Project Auctions Agreement and pay a $1,500 flat-fee. If you want, we can split the $1,500 amount into two payments to help your school's cash flow, so part of your fee, $1,000, is due before your auction, and the remaining amount, $750, is due within 5 days of your auction's close.
- Once your deposit has been received, a Kid's Art Project Consultant will contact you to help you organize, market, and manage your online auction. Ideally, we like to have at least 60 days to prepare. The first 30 days you will need to gather your items, take digital photos, write a short description, and organize your email database. The next 30 days is where Kid's Art Project Auctions takes over the process.
Over this period, we will set up and launch your live auction and send out four email blasts to your confidential database inviting them to participate.
- Within 24 hours of the close of your auction, Kid's Art Project Auctions will provide you with a sales report including the sales price for each item and who purchased it.
- Within five days of your auction close, your school will pay Kid's Art Project Auctions the remaining $500 of your fee click here.
